Well what do I do - the short answer is as I said on the home page pretty much exactly what you want me to, and I’ll do it as quickly and unobtrusively as possible.

How this tends to work is that we get together for a quick informal consultation, (usually free unless you are hundreds of miles away), and chat through how you see your wedding day going and what you want to see at the end of it. This also gives us both a chance to see if we can work together and if you decide that I’m the man for the job then we’ll arrange your free “engagement shoot”. This is  basically a shoot with the two of you where I’ll take some informal portrait shots, some posed shots if you want and a couple of other little “snaps” that couples tend to like. Round about this time I’ll have a look around the venue for the wedding if I don’t know it already and we can talk about possible pictures that you want and what we’ll do if the weather decides it doesn’t want to play ball on the wedding day.

I’ll get back in touch a month or so before the wedding just to let you know I haven’t forgotten about you and to catch up on any details that may have changed since you’ve booked.

After the wedding my intention is to get the first proofs to you within 2 weeks and the final images and Album within 2 weeks of you making your choices.

You will also receive a CD or DVD with all the images on them at this point as well - feel free to use them to get other prints if you wish. I don’t feel the need to charge you lots of extra money for prints that you want to give to family or friends.

I can if you wish, also host images for you on a web site for no extra charge for 6 months after the wedding. This lets people who couldn’t make it along to the day see what they missed. The gallery can be password protected if you want and the password will be of your choosing.
